STEP 3:

Get matched with a great volunteer role!

Volunteers are an integral part of Family Building Blocks' ability to support over 1,300 children and 850 families annually.

Because of our volunteers, we are able to ensure that each child in our therapeutic classrooms receives warmth, love, and critical nurturing attention; each family enrolled has the opportunity to access a full clothing closet and food pantry; and our offices and events have the support needed to function efficiently. Many hands make light work and we would not be the successful organization we are today without the generosity and commitment of our volunteers.

"SHARING THE DREAM" COMMUNITY TOURS

To become a volunteer, the first step is to sign up for a tour!

Our monthly community tours are the best way to become more acquainted with Family Building Blocks. Join us for an in-person tour where you'll learn about the services Family Building Blocks provides to children and their families, observe a classroom, and have an opportunity to speak with staff about your area of interest. Tours are held the third Wednesday of the month from 11:00AM to Noon. Staff will be availalble until 12:30PM to speak with attendees who have additional questions.
