Join us for an unforgettable evening on Friday, September 4, 2026 at the home of Josh & Lillian Kay, where they will host an authentic Native-style salmon bake under the stars.

Inspired by the International celebrated Pinot Noir Festival, this special gathering will feature whole salmon fillets roasted over an open flame, expertly prepared by Chef Ricardo and his team from Xicha. Top chefs and restaurateurs from across the Willamette Valley will contribute delicious side dishes, and an incredible  selection of exceptional wines will also be available.
