Match Opportunity at Dream Builders Lunch
Join us Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 at the Salem Convention Center for Dream Builders Luncheon 2026!
This free event is a wonderful opportunity to connect, be inspired, and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community. This year, every new and renewed Dream Builder’s first year donation will be matched by the Maybelle Clark Macdonald Fund!
What is a Dream Builder? A Dream Builder is a community supporter who makes an annual financial commitment to “Keeping Children Safe and Families Together.” Dream Builders commit to giving $1,000 or more annually, or $84 per month, for at least three years and are critical to long-term sustainability and our ability to meet the overwhelming needs of our community.
How does becoming a Dream Builder support children and families? Family Building Blocks provides Therapeutic Classroom experiences for children aged newborn to five, Home Visits for families, Education and Training for parents and caregivers, and Family Mental Health Services. Our resources extend to include concrete supports like Food Pantries, Clothing Closets, and Diapers.
In 2025, Family Building Blocks partnered with 1,613 children and 803 families, completed 9,464 Home Visits, and helped ensure that 99% of children served were living safely with their families. This is possible because of our community and the ongoing partnerships over the past 29 years.
YOU are a part of the community members, volunteers, business leaders, and educators that have come together to celebrate the power of prevention, supporting countless local children and their families over the years. Dream Builders Luncheon celebrates the powerful ripple effect your support creates year after year.
What will the Maybelle Clark Macdonald Fund match? Every new and renewed Dream Builder’s first year donation will be matched by the Maybelle Clark Macdonald Fund, up to $25,000. Help us turn $25,000 to $50,000 this October 13!
