2026 Gala of Trees Decorator Agreement

I/we agree to decorate a FULL SIZE tree for the live auction OR a TABLETOP tree for the silent auction.
I/we agree to provide decorations according to a theme.
I/we agree to provide our final theme by Thursday, October 15.
I/we agree to provide the fair market value, detailed descriptions of theme/contents, and decorator names/companies for advertising and signage by Thursday, November 12.
I/we agree to provide the names and meal choices by Thursday, November 12.
I/we understand that these items will be provided by Family Building Blocks:
Live Tree will include (1) full size tree in tree stand, 1,400 twinkle lights, (1) power strip, (1) extension cord, zip ties, and (8) event tickets Tabletop Tree will include (1) approximate 4 ft tree and stand, 400 lights, and (2) event tickets.
I/we agree to securely attach all ornaments for safe transportation with either hot glue, zip ties, floral tape, or additional securing methods.
I/we agree to provide specialty packaging instructions and/or supplies if needed. LIVE trees will be delivered to the buyers on Saturday morning and Tabletop Trees will go home with the buyers on Friday evening after the event.
I/we agree to begin decorating on Wednesday, December 2 at 10 AM and complete decorating by Thursday, December 3 by 9:00 PM (for photos and videos)..
I/we agree to keep the decorating area as tidy as possible and seek approval for very large items from GOT Chair, Hannah, or FBB Event Manager, Kat. All LIVE trees must fit in a 10x12 area and all tabletop trees will be placed on a skirted 5 ft' round table.
I/we agree to decorate a complete tree that will have an approximate value of at least $2,500 for a LIVE tree or at least $850 for a tabletop tree.
I/we agree to submit reciepts to Family Building Blocks by December 14, 2026 for up to $800 reimbursement for a LIVE tree. Tabletop trees do not qualify for reimbursement.
